Hibiscus Glow Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • Raw honey or agave to taste
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers, cinnamon stick, and ginger slices.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a pitcher or individual mugs.
  5. Sweeten with honey or agave if desired, and garnish with fresh mint.
