Hi, I'm Heather!

The voice and personality behind Eat Clean Love Life. I discovered clean eating, natural remedies & homeopathic medicine due to a health condition called hidradenitis suppurativa. Thankfully, I haven’t had a symptom in 4+ years without taking any prescription medication.

I was inspired to create ECLL because when I started my own journey 5 years ago, this information was not readily available all in one place. Yes, there were plenty of clean recipes out there, but nothing that went into what living clean(er) can actually do for your mind, body, and wellbeing.

My intention is to create a space where we can discuss these issues openly, as well as provide clean recipes and clean(er) suggestions and tips for daily life.
